Feature-Boxes-1

Campaign Analytics For Issuers

After interviewing dozens of startup companies, we took their advice and implemented some common and proprietary analytic tools.

Our mission is not only to support investors via due diligence, but to do our best to maximize campaign success.

We'll accomplish this by providing analytic insights in order to allow issuers to utilize that data as needed to quickly make campaign adjustments.

What is Regulation Crowdfunding and do I have to be an accredited investor to participate?

Bottom line, no, you do not have to be an accredited investor to invest under Regulation Crowdfunding. In May of 2016, Title III of the JOBS Act came into effect which allows both accredited and non-accredited investors to invest in early stage startups through a registered funding portal.  For more information, please visit the Securities Exchange Commission website for details. If you're new to equity crowdfund investing, we found CrowdWise to have some practical information in getting started.

Below is a generalized Equity Crowdfunding process. VetFunder is the platform which facilitates communication between investor and issuer.
